Meet Our Chair of the Board
Jill Tiburzio, Director of the PMO for NCCI
Jill Tiburzio is currently the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) for the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI). NCCI is the largest provider of workers compensation and employee injury data and statistics in the nation. Jill has over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. In her previous positions, she served in various directorship roles, including business planning, production systems, pricing support, and regulatory compliance for a major insurance carrier. She has also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a customer relationship services company focused on the insurance agency sector.
Jill joined the board of Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches in 2006. She became board chair in July 2010. She has served as secretary and has been a member on several committees, including marketing and special events. She has been involved in the JA Bowl-a-thon and Watch A Rising Star events since joining the board.
Jill graduated from Otterbein College with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and has a Masters Degree from the Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University.
