On Thursday, April 1st, Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches held a V.I.P Volunteer Appreciation event to honor the volunteers who help deliver our programs to the youth of Palm Beach, Martin, and Hendry counties.
The below are those who receievd awards:
Rookie of the Year Award
Established in 2004 to recognize the efforts of individuals in the first year with JA as a volunteer, teacher, or board member who has embraced the passion and spirit of the JA mission
Rising Star Award
Awarded to board members who goes beyond the criteria outlined in membership and obtains outstanding results
Certificate of Outstanding Service
Presented to a volunteer, board member or contributor, with one to two years service, who grows the JA program through participation in the classroom, funding for the classroom, or in securing volunteers
Certificate of Excellence
Presented to a volunteer, board member or contributor, with three to four years service, who grows the JA program through participation in the classroom, funding for the classroom, or in securing volunteers
Apple of Our Eye Award
Presented to a special volunteer, teacher, board members or contributors who goes beyond the call of duty in the classroom, at special events, and participation in service to this office
Community Partner Award
